Individual infrared sauna and red light therapy sessions can be booked below. Package and weekly membership options are also available here to save money and maximise results.
Online Health and Nutrition Coaching is available as a package (see Packages page), however you can book a free Discovery Call below to see if Health Coaching is right for you.

Booked a package or membership?
If you have booked a package or membership and would like to redeem your sessions, log into the website, from the 'log in' icon on the top menu bar. Once logged in you can book any session and choose to use your pricing plan, pay at the time of booking or choose to pay in person when you have your session.
