Consultation terms and conditions
Below are the term sand conditions to be followed for all Inside Matters Consultations, along with the booking and informed consent from for your initial appointment.
This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions between you and Inside Matters Ltd (“Health Coach”, “we,” “us,” or “our”, "team") governing your access to and use of our website, coaching sessions, consultations and tools related to mental, physical, social, and financial wellbeing. Certain features of the Services, such as the Wellness - infrared sauna and red light therapy services, may be subject to additional guidelines, or terms, , which will made available at the time of booking these services.

I am aware of any health concerns or medical conditions that may impact the outcome of these services and agree to discuss these with the Inside Matters team.

I understand that if I have a health condition that is out of scope for the service being provided, Inside Matters may suggest a referral, however will discuss it with me first.

I understand that any advice or guidance is not intended to replace that given by a medical practitioner.

I agree to discuss any major changes to my diet or lifestyle with my medical practitioner, and to advise the Inside Matters team of any changes in medication or treatment after my initial consultation.

I agree to provide accurate and honest information with regards to my (past and current) health or medical conditions, including any current medications and supplements that may be relevant.

I understand that my consultation sessions and any resultant advice is intended for me only. Inside Matters Ltd accepts no responsibility for any 3rd parties you choose to share your consultation information with or how they choose to use that information.

I agree that I will not use any information received to self-diagnose or treat any conditions without first discussing with my medical practitioner or a member of the Inside Matters team

I understand that any supplement(s) or food(s) my Inside Matters coach may discuss or recommend are ultimately my decision to include in my diet and that due to individuality not everyone will have the same result or reaction to such product(s).

I agree that I will pay any invoice either prior to, or at the time of my appointment. Payments options can be discussed prior to your first consultation/assessment.

I understand that non-payment of invoices will result in a delay of my consultation.

I understand that any cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee, however a consultation can be rescheduled within 12 hours. (If the account has already been paid a 50% refund will be issued). Appointments cancelled with in 2 hours or not attended will incur a 100% fee.

No refunds will be given after the services have been used. If there is a problem with your service please let us know and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

Occasionally you may be emailed wellbeing information and promotional deals from Inside Matters. You can subscribe from these at any time.

Confidentiality matters and Inside Matters promises to ensure all details and information provided about you are kept in the strictest of confidence and we will not disclose any details without your prior consent (eg. Consulting with another health professional). If we suspect you or anyone around you to be at risk of serious harm, we may need to discuss your case with another professional, however will discuss this with you first.

Inside Matters Ltd maintains the right to consult, on an as required basis, with qualified colleagues if a wider knowledge base or second opinion is deemed necessary for the very best service to be offered, with prior consent from you as a client.
