What to expect
Single sauna sessions are 45 minutes with 30 minutes of sauna and time to shower and change afterwards. You can add red light therapy to your session or bring a friend for a cozy 2 person sauna. Talk with us if you have a chronic illness and need to start with shorter sessions to build up your tolerance.

No need to bring anything other than a spare pair of underwear.

We provide complimentary:
- Essential oils of your choice in the sauna
- Towels for the sauna and shower
- Skincare lotions
- Water and electrolytes

The sauna is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favourite podcast, music or meditation track.

Never consume alcohol in combination with sauna.

After your sauna a cold shower can help boost immune function. You may continue to sweat for around 30 minutes, so it's best to drink lots of water with electrolytes to replace the fluid loss. Avoid heavy exercise for 30 minutes afterwards, however gentle stretching is really beneficial.

Combining sauna with other treatments
It's beneficial to combine osteopath, acupuncture or massage treatments with infrared sauna to enhance detoxification, healing and muscle relaxation.

Massage helps mobilise toxins and relax tissues and having a sauna afterwards helps the body to release toxins through sweat, helping you feel great!
Osteo and acupuncture help with injury healing and sauna complements this by increasing circulation delivering more blood flow and nutrients to the tissues to enhance healing.
Post exercise sauna helps increase the oxygen content of the blood and over time this increases the body's ability to carry oxygen which in turn improves athletic performance.

What my clients' say
"The infrared sauna is a breath of fresh air, literally—unlike traditional steam saunas, it's easy to breathe in, enhancing the overall comfort. The red light therapy is a highlight, and standing in front of it feels rejuvenating. The room also features a great Bluetooth speaker connection, perfect for playing your own meditation music. Kate is welcoming and professional, ensuring every detail is perfect for a memorable visit. Highly recommend, thank you.
