Infrared Sauna + Red Light Therapy Combo

Service Description

1 hour session, including shower time in a private bathroom at our Glen Eden Wellness Room. A combo of 10 min red light therapy and 30 min infrared sauna means being exposed to red and near-infrared red light in the full length red light panel and far-infrared light wavelengths in the sauna. This increases the benefits to the body, as the different wavelengths of light stimulate cellular change and healing in different ways. We provide towels, essential oils, water and electrolytes and the sauna has a Bluetooth speaker. An an additional sauna person for $20 and additional person for the combo for $40.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, however you may reschedule within this time for no charge. 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows. No refunds will be given after the services have been used. If there is a problem with your service please let us know and we will be happy to discuss this with you. Payment is required prior to or at the time of the session. An invoice will be emailed to you and can be paid using a credit or debit card online or by bank transfer.
