Service Description

Our high quality infrared sauna sessions In Glen Eden offer a more comfortable and effective heat treatment compared to traditional saunas. The infrared technology creates a dry heat that penetrates deep into your tissues to improve circulation and detoxification and promote relaxation. It helps to relieve tension and pain, supports weight management, improves skin and cardiovascular health, boosts exercise performance and improves longevity. It’s a restorative experience you and your body will love! We provide towels, essential oils, water and electrolytes and the sauna has a Bluetooth speaker. An an additional sauna person for $20 and/or add red light therapy for $20 per person per session.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, however you may reschedule within this time for no charge. 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows. No refunds will be given after the services have been used. If there is a problem with your service please let us know and we will be happy to discuss this with you. Payment is required prior to or at the time of the session. An invoice will be emailed to you and can be paid using a credit or debit card online or by bank transfer.
